This week in real estate, we embarked on our usual adventure of showing homes to potential buyers. However, amidst our quest for “the home,” one showing took an unexpected turn!
Picture this: as we approached the property, we couldn’t help but notice a sign in the next-door neighbor’s window, right next to the home we were about to tour. Talk about adding some neighborhood drama to the house-hunting experience! 
I feel bad for this seller, as this sign will most likely have a negative impact on this seller’s successful sale. Can’t say I would feel very welcome.
