This year our garden has been INSANE! We’ve never had so many cucumbers, and they just keep coming. So we have made ranch dill pickles, juiced cucumbers, puree’d them into cucumber ice cubes and made these cucumber lemon ice cubes. They were one of my favs. Here’s a link to the ice cube trays.
These cucumber lemon ice cubes are super refreshing in my water and in a cocktail. The ice cubes are over sized so they stay cold longer. They are really refreshing. 💦💧
