I wanted to take a brief moment to thank Agent Chris Faircloth for everything she has done during the recent listing and sale of our home and purchase of a new home. I was fortunate to cross paths with Chris over 13 years ago when looking at a new construction site where she was the agent onsite. I quickly recognized her level of knowledge was beyond compare to that of other agents and her positive, personable attitude made her easy to work with in understanding the real estate world. Although I had encountered a home sale and purchase in the past, I quickly forgot all of the details around the process but was grateful to have Chris lead the way. This was my husband’s first home purchase so he needed a little more support from Chris than I, but she graciously obliged even in those more stressful moments. Chris was certain to be sure we were both included every step of the way and always able to provide professional guidance throughout the whole process from staging our house for prospective buyers to see themselves in our space to sealing an offer within 2 days of listing! That has to be some kind of record!! Chris also helped us write a contract for the purchase of a new home that hit most of the items on our checklist. Overall, both processes were seamless! We can’t thank Chris enough for her help and the time she took to ensure we were comfortable with our decisions throughout this whole process.
